Located on a beautiful street in Scripps Ranch, our program has always been grounded in play-based learning, strong relationships, and a deep respect for childhood. While our space and community have grown, our values have remained the same.
Our Proven History
My Friends & I was founded over two decades ago by a mother and daughter team who shared a simple but powerful belief: children learn best through play, exploration, and meaningful connection.
From the beginning, the program was designed to feel like an extension of home—calm, intentional, and welcoming. Set on a quiet, tree-lined street in Scripps Ranch, the environment naturally encouraged outdoor play, curiosity, and a sense of belonging.
Over the years, generations of families have passed through our doors. While much has evolved, our commitment to play-based learning and thoughtful care has never changed.

Today, My Friends & I is lovingly run by Dee-Dee and Cami, who continue the tradition of relationship-centered, play-first care.
